Growing up I remember going to the panaderia, and it was always so fun to pick out my favorite treats. I'm always in the mood for soft and sweet concha which is why I wanted to create my own bakery/coffee shop; La Mariposa, a Mexican bakery and coffee shop that celebrates Mexico's vibrant colors, joyful spirit, and rich culinary traditions.
